Kelly Pegan is a certified elementary and special education teacher.
She also has a Masters Degree in Special Education. Kelly has been working as a special education teacher at a Hudson County school district for over 20 years. She has worked with students in grades 1-8 in various settings. Kelly noticed a growing number of students struggling with reading and she wanted to find a way to help them. It was because of this that Kelly decided to go to Fairleigh Dickinson University and get certified in Orton-Gillingham.
In 2020, Kelly completed the Orton-Gillingham Teacher Certification program. She now utilizes this training and works as a Reading Intervention teacher at her school and is happy to be able to bring her training to TSLC too.
